Premixed Chip (Flake) Blends

The chip blends below are popular starting points for our most popular color tones. Unlike many competitors, we can create any custom chip blend you want!

A chip blend is simply a mix of different colored chips, where the percentages always add up to 100%. Chip Blend Percentages will vary By Blend Name, and rarely have identical Color Blend Percentages.

The image below is an example of the chip blend composition for the ‘Tidal Wave‘ Premixed Blend (shown above).

Measure Your Space | Fast, Two-Step Process:

  1. Using a tape measure, or the iPhone’s* built-in ‘Measure’ app, find out the length, and width of your space in feet.
  2. Multiply the length by the width for the total square footage.

That’s it! You can now submit your square footage to us with your 100% free estimate request!

For Example: 25′ (Feet Long) x 25′ (Feet Wide) = 625 Square Feet Total (See Diagram For Visual)

Clear the Space

Any surface being sealed needs to be free and clear of all obstructions. Need a hand? We can schedule a storage pod or remove junk for you.

If there is not enough free room in the rest of your home, moving/storage pods can be a great solution for temporarily holding your belongings.

The ‘clear-out’ phase is typically a good time to also clean-out your space, leading to less clutter, and junk being moved back in when the job is complete.

We now also offer junk removal services, to save you even more time and money!

We can also schedule a ‘POD’ drop-off/pick-up for you, ahead of your appointment.

Please let us know ahead of your appointment if you need assistance clearing, or cleaning out your space.

If a pod is used, any cost will be added to your order, with no additional markup!

Installation

Once your space is empty, we can get to work meticulously preparing the surface. This includes: grinding, patching, and cleaning.

Your space will be completely unusable during this time and cannot be walked on, or contaminated in any way.

Most jobs take 3 days due to surface preparation and ensuring all cracks are properly filled. Please ensure all items you need access to regularly are accessible elsewhere on your property.

Once we start work your space will be unusable during the process, and typically 12-24 hours after.*

*Times will vary based on time of year, and current weather/environmental conditions, to achieve a full cure.

Many companies offer “1-day epoxy” or “same-day garage floor coating” installations. But we believe quality shouldn’t be rushed. At Dandy Co. Floor Sealing, we take our time to ensure your floor is installed properly and built to last for years.

A one-day process might sound convenient, but it’s often speed over quality. You can usually see the difference in the warranties alone. We stand behind our work with strong warranties that cover moisture issues and hot-tire pick-up (plasticizer migration). Most “1-day” systems do not.

Our thorough, two-day process ensures your floor not only looks beautiful but performs reliably for years to come — making it a smart, long-term investment for your garage, basement, or commercial space in Massachusetts.

Your Dream Is Achieved

Once complete you will be in disbelief it is the same space! Our top of the line commercial products ensure you have a professional and long lasting finish that will impress all visitors!
